O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held pre-hearing conferences on February 2, 2007 and February 23, 2007 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated November 24, 2006 to suspend a licence and to revoke caterer’s endorsement to the licence issued to Centre Island Food Services Ltd. operating as Island Paradise Restaurant, Centre Island, Building 39, Toronto, Licence No. 20136;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar was represented by its counsel, Joyce Taylor and the corporate licensee was represented by its counsel, Ron Fritz;
AND WHEREAS these matters are scheduled for a hearing commencing April 3, 2007;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
- The corporate licensee shall disclose to Registrar’s Counsel pursuant to Rule 7 of
AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
- Registrar’s counsel will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
