O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) has scheduled a hearing to take place on April 4, 2007, pursuant to a Notice of Proposal dated April 24, 2006, and a Supplementary Notice of Proposal dated January 12, 2007, to suspend the licence of 1281993 Ontario Inc. for premises operating as DOOLY’S, 8520 Jane Street, Units 8&9, Vaughan, Ontario, L4K 5A9, licence Number 806319;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar shall be represented by its student-at-law, Ms. Sujin Chan, and the licensee’s counsel is Noel Gerry;
AND WHEREAS Ms. Chan advises that no disclosure has been received from the licence holder and has therefore requested an order for disclosure pursuant to the AGCO Rules of Practice;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The corporate licensee through its counsel, shall provide disclosure to Registrar’s Agent in accordance with Rule 7 of the AGCO Rules of Practice and in particular Rule 7.3 and 7.4, including a list of its witnesses and a summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as copies of documents that will be referred to or produced as evidence at the hearing. All such information is to be received by the Legal Services Branch of the AGCO by 5 p.m. on Thursday, March 29, 2007;
Registrar’s agent will provide any further disclosure, pursuant to the Rules, by the same date and time.
