Brookfield Business Corporation and Brookfield Asset Management Inc. applied to the Ontario Securities Commission for exemptive relief from the prospectus requirement for specific trades in non-voting limited partnership units of Brookfield Business Partners L.P. The applicants also sought exemptions from the short form prospectus eligibility requirements and the at-the-market distribution eligibility requirements.

The Commission granted the requested relief, finding that the exchangeable shares were functionally and economically equivalent to the limited partnership units, and that granting the exemptions was not contrary to the public interest.

The Filers applied for exemptive relief from continuous disclosure, certification, audit committee, corporate governance, and insider reporting requirements for Telesat Partnership LP.

The Partnership will be an exchangeable security issuer, but its exchangeable units do not meet the strict definition of 'designated exchangeable securities' because they have only substantially equivalent economic rights to the corresponding class of Issuer Shares.

Score Media and Gaming Inc. applied to the Ontario Securities Commission for an order declaring that it has ceased to be a reporting issuer in all jurisdictions of Canada where it is currently a reporting issuer.

Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P. and Brookfield Infrastructure Corporation applied for exemptive relief on behalf of Brookfield Infrastructure Corporation Exchange Limited Partnership from continuous disclosure, certification, insider reporting, audit committee, and corporate governance requirements.

The relief was sought to accommodate the issuance of class B exchangeable limited partnership units in connection with the acquisition of Inter Pipeline Ltd. The Ontario Securities Commission granted the requested exemptions, subject to conditions ensuring that the parent issuers continue to satisfy modified continuous disclosure requirements and that the exchangeable units are treated analogously to designated exchangeable securities.

The Filer, Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P., applied to the Ontario Securities Commission for exemptive relief from various continuous disclosure, certification, insider reporting, audit committee, corporate governance, and short form prospectus requirements.

The relief was sought to accommodate the issuance of debt securities and preferred shares by its subsidiaries, guaranteed by the Filer and related entities.

The Commission granted the requested exemptions, subject to specific conditions regarding the Filer's compliance with U.S. federal securities laws and the structure of the guarantees.

The applicants, 1317774 B.C. Ltd. and Penn National Gaming, Inc., applied to the Ontario Securities Commission for exemptive relief from continuous disclosure, certification of disclosure, audit committee, and corporate governance disclosure requirements.

The relief was sought in connection with a cross-border exchangeable share structure resulting from the acquisition of Score Media and Gaming Inc. The Principal Regulator, satisfied that the statutory test was met, granted the application and revoked the cease trade order.

The Filers applied to the Ontario Securities Commission for exemptive relief from certain requirements under National Instrument 44-102 and National Instrument 44-101.

The relief was sought to allow the Filers to file a short form base shelf prospectus to renew the CARS and PARS Programme and offer Strip Securities without including a certificate of the Underlying Issuer or incorporating by reference the Underlying Issuer's documents.

The Filer sought to designate its common shares as 'common shares' despite the existence of proportionate voting shares that carry multiple votes per share.
